Here are some abandoned places that we discovered in Ukraine

Manyava Waterfall

Manyava waterfall one of the easiest accessible, biggest and most beautiful waterfalls in Ukraine. The last 5 km of road to get here is rather rough and we recommend to walk the last km but in general its not to bad. There are also typically trucks at the Manyava Monastery that will take you to the waterfall if you like for a fee.

The waterfall is at its most beautiful in June or early July when the snow melt water is still coming. We were there in August and its still impressive. Its worth the time to walk to the top of the waterfall there are picnic table and you can go right up to the edge of the waterfall to look over.
