Trostyanets Arboretum

A nice little arboretum to stop and walk through if you have time. Founded in 1834. 

There was a study done in 1886 that confirmed over 600 different species of plants. Many brought in from all over Europe. Unfortunately shortly after that the park was let to decay and in 1948 less than 300 different species of plants were still living. In 1951 it was again decided to bring it back to its former glory. Now you can find over 400 different species of plants here including some from North America.
