Tsars Rotunda

Built in 1837 with the opening timed for the visit of Tsar Nicholas II. This has become the main attraction in the town of Vosnessensk. Surrounding the rotunda are 3 terraces. It is the central part of the park in the town. Its nothing amazingly spectacular but if in the area its an interesting place to visit.
