A pretty impressive castle but we could not go inside. We had to buy tickets at the entrance to the castle grounds and we were allowed to walk around the outside of the castle but couldn’t go inside. In general the castle looks very cool and there is a nice park around it but not being able to go inside makes it not so great.
Originally it was built in the 14th century then renovated sometime in medieval times after being destroyed from countless attacks..
Just down the street from the castle was a very nice Monastery. It is always interesting to see a place to worship god but it was obviously build originally with defense in mind as the walls had places to shot weapons from. The church now is newly renovated and worth checking out.
