Virgin Mary Church UNESCO

Built in the last half of the 1700’s This church is one the UNESCO World Heritage list. It is a wooden church that has since been covered with an embossed metal.

It is a very beautiful church. Legend has it that it was built by a man named Grigory Melnik who lived for 114 years and is now buried near the church. 

The roads to get here are good but be careful around the church. We got a flat tire as we parked on the street in front of the church.
