This place is super impressive from outside but inside its a little lacking. The views from the top of the walls are amazing but that is about it on the inside.
Set at the convergence of 2 rivers the castle is in a picturesque location. Originally a wooden castle built in 1146 the impressive castle you see now was built in the 1500's being added to up to the late 1800's. Since 1968 there have been major renovations here to bring you the museum you see today. There is also a church inside the castle built in the mid 1500's. This castle is one to stop and see for sure!
